Beginning November 27, 2017, the HNL Runway 4-22 Complex taxiway hold short lines will be reconfigured to a normal configuration, similar to markings at other airports. As ever, pilots are expected to comply with applicable FAR and AIM guidance, but - despite AIM guidance - pilots may not be able to clear their arrival runway until cleared across the adjacent runway.
The links at bottom depict diagrams of the existing and future taxiway markings.
