COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this course you will learn how to design, develop, implement, and sustain an effective and verifiable aviation safety management system (SMS).
This course includes training in:
- fundamentals of safety program management (SRM).
- safety risk management (SRM) for flight and ground operations.
- root cause analysis (RCA) methods.
- understanding and conducting internal and external
- evaluation audits for safety assurance.
- safety promotion throughout an organization.
- fostering and measuring a positive safety culture.
- safety policy requirements.
- measuring safety using quantum safety metrics (QSM).
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
- Air Transport Charter Operators
- Aviation Maintenance or MRO’s
- Ground Service Providers (including Refueling)
- Corporate Flight Departments
- FAA Part 107, 121, 125, 135, 139, 141, 145 Operators
- Fixed Base Operators
