On Aug 16, 2023, the WINGS Industry Network (WIN) announced the winners of the first of two drawings in the 2023 Paul and Fran Burger WINGS Sweepstakes. Fifteen flight instructors and pilots won cash, and prizes donated by WIN industry supporters. In its sixth year, the Paul and Fran Burger sweepstakes have garnered strong support from the FAASTeam, industry, associations, and individuals dedicated to GA safety.
