The useable length of Runway 03 at Triple Tree Aerodrome (SC00) has been reduced!  Because the tree height on the property adjacent to the beginning of Runway 03 has created a visual obstruction that could pose a substantial safety risk for landing and departing traffic, SC00 has determined to restrict the use of the first 1,000 feet of Runway 03 for normal operations. This restricted area, however, will be available for emergency use.
