This notice is to advise you that the Treasure Coast International Airport will be closing Runway 14/32 for approximately 60 days scheduled to start approximately September 7, 2021.  Taxiways B1, C1, C7, and C8 will also be closed for the duration of this runway closure. 

The specific reason for these closures is to facilitate pavement rehabilitation of runway 14/32. Airport maintenance, contractors and airport operations personnel will be working diligently to facilitate this construction project including enhancing safety-related maintenance during the closure. Please be advised that runway 14/32 intersection crossings for taxing aircraft may be temporarily unavailable during this time and change periodically.  In addition, there will also be occasional nighttime closures of runway 10R/28L between the hours of (2100-0500 EST) to facilitate threshold work on runway 14. These closures will be closely coordinated with Fort Pierce Air Traffic Control.  If you plan on flying into Treasure Coast International Airport - FPR, please pay very close attention to all NOTAMs, be sure you have the current ATIS information during FPR Air Traffic Control hours of operation (0700-2100 EST) and after hours ASOS information (2100-0700).

During the entire time closure dates for runway 14/32 and during the occasional nighttime closures for runway 10R/28L, approaches, including practice approaches will not be flown to closed runways.

Construction will begin approximately September 7, 2021 and continue through approximately February 28, 2022. Up to date information can be found on the link posted below for the FAA’s NOTAM system.
