Frank is a seasoned business executive with a strong passion for aviation. His background includes design, development, analysis and testing of a variety of government systems (e.g., Space Shuttle, Air Force One, SH-60B, ASW systems, GPS, et al.); major research on the impact of automation on pilot workload and system performance; analysis of GA accidents and designing lessons-learned training programs; and analyzing GA from a business perspective (e.g., financial, risk management, operations, training).
He is an active ATP/CFI/DPE, quality/compliance officer at FlightGest Aviation, a Noverant-Certified Part 135 operation, which is one of the largest charter operators in the mid-Atlantic region.
Frank is an active consultant, Angel Flight volunteer and FAA Safety Team Representative, frequently speaking at aviation safety, compliance, technology and business seminars. |
