Information received during an FAA suspected unapproved parts investigation revealed that Aerospace Instrument Support, Inc. (Aerospace Instrument), located at 1750 Westcourt Road, Denton, TX76207, manufactured and sold KX-99A antenna adapters. The adapters were not produced according to FAA requirements for manufacturing modification parts and are therefore considered unapproved.
