In an effort to reducethe number of runway incursions at the William P. Hobby airport (KHOU) located in Houston, TX, the Hobby air traffic control team is requesting that pilots operating in and out of HOU airport exercise the highest level of cockpit situational awareness while taxiing to or from runways or while transiting any designated movement area.
