To all FAASafety.gov users,
Over the past few months we have been getting an increasing number of folks telling us that they no longer receive emails from our server system. The first question I have for them, “have you changed your email lately?”. If no, we then redirect them to check their “Junk” folder.
Keep in mind that email companies are continually working security issues with their software that includes the system keepers at www.faasafety.gov. In some cases the FAASafety.gov emails can be considered SPAM or other threat due to the nature of the emails we send out.
Let us know. If you suspect that your provider is blocking or putting to junk our service provided emails, contact your local FAASTeam Program Manager. We will continue to work with our IT folks and industry to keep the emails coming.
