Greetings once again everyone!
It's that time of year again, time to decide just how badly the Bengals are going to mess it up this year when they get to the first round of the playoffs.
But I digress. Last month I sent out a message to all the reps asking for everyone to make sure their online training courses, in particular the rep manual and IT security courses, were up to date. These two are mandated from DC as having an annual recurrency requirement, so they have to be retaken every year so your training record can reflect it. Thusfar, I haven't heard any response from anyone as to the state of their completion. I don't get notified by the website (even though that would be a great feature to have) when a rep completes a training course so I have to rely on you to inform me via email or phone.
I need to set a hard deadline of MONDAY DECEMBER 7TH for folks to get those two courses, and any others that may be out of date, and get back to me by email or phone. Starting on Tuesday December 8th, I'm going to have to start making some tough decisions.
Sorry to be a real Debbie Downer but you know how the government is about record keeping and whatnot.
