The U.S. Army will soon be changing the name of Fort Wainwright Army Airfield (AAF) to Ladd AAF. The action amends the airport name for the Class D and Class E airpace descriptions in FAA Order 7400.9N. Comments for inclusion in the Rules Docket must be received on or before 19 July 2006. The direct final rule is effective on 18 September 2006.
