Honolulu Control Facility ( HCF)  has advised there have been several recent  Pilot Deviations due to incorrect entry procedures at HNL Airport. To remedy the problem HCF has issued the following LTA:

"Aircraft assigned the Freeway Arrival into HNL for RWY 8L can expect clearance into B airspace via “Freeway Five Arrival, RWY 8L.”   Pilots are expected to comply with all other instructions in the VFR arrival as described in the Chart Supplement Pacific, except, at Fort Shafter, enter left downwind to RWY 8L. "
