Attention Pilots and all other O’Hare airfield users: O'Hare's airfield is changing again...
On September 25, 2008, new flight procedures for Runway 10 approaches will be in effect and the O’Hare Modernization Program (OMP) will reach its first major milestone as Runway 10/28 is extended west to reach 13,000 feet in length. New parallel and connector taxiways will accompany the extension and include new taxiway crossover names: ZC, ZD, ZE, ZF, ZG and ZH. Taxiway M and the north line of the 10 Pad will be extended and renamed Taxiway L.
A "Runway 10/28 Extension" link is included below in this notification. The Department of Aviation needs your help in spreading the word among all key stakeholders about the important changes taking place on September 25.
