The FAA Safety Team created the WINGS Pilot Proficiency Program (WINGS) to supply a means for aviators to maintain proficiency in ground and flight activities. Developed by analyzing accident causal factors, participation gives you education and training best suited to reducing risk.
WINGS is supported by many industry members committed to promoting and encouraging proficiency training. In particular, the WINGS Industry Network (WIN) and the Paul and Fran Burger $50,000 sweepstakes. WIN offers a chance to win one of ten awards in the annual $10,000 contest. To be eligible pilots must complete a phase(s) of WINGS and CFIs must validate phase(s) of WINGS.
The 2022 entry period is quickly coming to an end on 12/31/22 so take the time to complete a phase and get a chance to win real cash! You can enter the sweepstakes in the Team Member Rewards section of the “My WINGS” page at FAASafety.gov.
