Engine Failure After Maintenance

Loose B-nuts can cause aircraft crashes.  View or read the presentation notes and attached PowerPoint presentation.  This may help you to remember to follow all procedures and do the job correctly. Sleep well after your shift and not panic that you forgot the B-nuts.
