  Use caution: the following areas are not completely visible from Grand Rapids ATCT due to stationary and mobile cranes;  From one-half (1/2) mile west of the approach end of runway 8R to one-half (1/2) mile north of the approach end of runway 17, portions of runway 8L and taxiway Juliette.
