Addition of IFR Caribbean Charts

Effective with the October 25, 2007 airspace cycle, the Federal Aviation Administration published five Caribbean Charts. The addition of these new charts is in response to the retraction of National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) charts of the same geographic areas.
