I am an active flight instructor at Race City Flight Operations at Lake Norman Airpark. My wife and I are both retired ATC Supervisors. I have worked at TCL, TLH, CSG and until I retired in 2007 at ATL. I have also worked at several temporary towers - 4A7, LGC, AUO, MQI, and LAL for Sun-N-Fun. In the last two years, I have had 12 students complete checkrides - all passed on first application. At RCFO, I teach a quarterly Private Pilot ground school class. My wife an I live at Lake Norman Airpark where we fly our Piper Arrow IV and J-3 Cub. |
