As a retired college professor and scientist, I consider myself a professional educator with considerable expertise in adapting teaching methods to reach a wide audience of potential learners, both in group settings and individualized learning environments.
I currently teach commercial ground school, aviation law and regulations, and instrument ground school courses at Caldwell Community College, as part of the Part 141 flight school there. I also provide primary, instrument, commercial, CFI, CFII, and special topics flight instruction - primarily at Hickory Regional Airport, but also other airports throughout western North Carolina (i.e. NC27- Lower Creek, NC14 - Boone, Inc.) and up-state South Carolina.
