The following Awards Programs are maintained by aviation industry sponsors:
The General Aviation Awards Program
is a cooperative effort between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and
aviation industry sponsors to recognize annually outstanding individuals in the fields of Flight Instruction,
and Maintenance. In addition, the program recognizes outstanding individuals serving the FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam) as
representatives. The awards highlight the important roles these individuals play in promoting aviation safety,
education, and professionalism. Winners will be recognized locally and nationally. National winners
will be recognized during AirVenture-Oshkosh each July.

The Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award recognizes pilots who have demonstrated professionalism, skill and aviation expertise
by maintaining safe operations for 50 or more years. Recipients are awarded a certificate and a lapel pin and are recognized
in our Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award - Roll of Honor located online,
here, at FAASafety.gov!
