Please join us for a chance to hear from our local Air Traffic Controllers and discuss issues specific to our local airports and airspace.

Directions to Venue:

1a - From Tropicana Ave (East or West), head South on
Paradise Rd, then East on E. Russell Rd.

1b - From I-215 (East or West), utilize Airport Connector
Rd through the Northbound Tunnel, keeping right then
left, following signage for Airport Bypass / Russell Rd-Air
Cargo, then East on E. Russell Rd.

1c - From S. Eastern Ave (North or South), head West
on E. Russell Rd.

2 - At the intersection of E. Russell Rd and Landing Strip
Ave, head Southwest on Landing Strip Ave, then make
your first left to head South on Spencer St, and another
left to head East on Joel Aller Dr.

3 - 1845 E. Russell Rd is the first building on the left.
Make a left heading North into the parking lot and
utilize the door on the North side of the building for
direct access to Conference Room 1A on the left.

  • HND, VGT, and LAS surface and pattern operational concerns, airspace incursions, runway Incursions, Hot Spots, and challenging airfield Issues.
  • Arrival and Departure Procedures (issues with IFR and VFR)
  • Pilot deviations: the process and outcomes
  • Air Traffic instructions and clearances
  • Training issues (practice approaches, training areas, limiting pattern ops)
