FAA's Air Traffic Organization (ATO) organizes annual Runway Safety Action Team (RSAT) meetings at towered airports. These RSAT's collect safety data related to runway utilization and operations at those airports. As part of an ongoing runway safety process, your local Ormond Beach RSAT Team is preparing to hold its next virtual meeting to debrief the public on developments since their last public meeting. Two-hour discussion will cover runway safety topics including pilot deviations, runway incursions, safety enhancements, and future plans and YOUR inputs. The event is FREE, and public welcome!
