Please welcome Aviation Safety Inspector, Mr. Dave Lewis. In this presentation, we will focus on spatial disorientation and it's effect as seen in many accidents. Aeromedical factors have been linked to poor decision making processes and ultimately, in-flight emergencies. Learn how how information is gathered, analyzed and used to to determine an outcome of an accident.

Reviewing this accident, we will provide some best practices for creating your own risk based Flight Reviews and also methods to avoid spatial disorientation.
