In this forum we'll review Safety Risk Management, Pilot Proficiency, and Aviation Technology in the context of three elements that are essential to safe operations.  We'll introduce the topic of Human Factors and describes why they are important considerations for Flight Instructors.  We also review examples of robust safety culture ingredients.
