Brief Description:

During this 2 hour seminar, starting at 12PM,  we'll discuss in detail Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFR).  What are the different types of TFRs.  Explain and define the different flight limitations and TFR.  Describe conditions under which the FAA may establish a flight limitation or TFR area.  How do you find out more information regarding TFRs.  Where do you find out if a TFR has been issued for a specific area.  What can be the consequence(s) of having a deviation into a TFR.

The EAA Chapter 240 Hangar is located at New Garden Airport, Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania 19374. Upon entering the airport grounds, follow signs for the EAA Hangar which will be on your right adjacent to the airport main facility, at the top of the hill. 

Please note that this is listed as a FLY-In Event, but a VIP-TFR may be in effect on the day of the event. If a VIP-TFR is in effect on February 11, 2023, aircraft will not be able to fly into or out of N57, or in the vicinity of N57 that day, but the event will still be held. Please check tfr.faa.gov for details and drive in if there is an active TFR!
