Title:
WINGS Over SLO Pilot Proficiency Workshop SLO99s Scholarship Fundraiser
Topic:
Inflight Emergencies
Date and Time:
Saturday, September 17, 2022, starting at 13:30 Pacific Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Mike Jesch, LGB FAASTeam Representative
Brief Description:

Capt. Mike Jesch is a Flight Instructor and airline pilot who has been flying for over forty years. By night, he flies a Boeing 787 Dreamliner over the Pacific Ocean, but by day he owns and flies a Cessna 182 based in Southern California. Mike is also a FAAST team lead representative for Long Beach.

Surprises are meant for Birthday Parties, not airplane flights!

Cap'n Mike discusses ways that we can be just a little bit more ready for a range of events that may occur in flight. From real-life stories to a variety of hypothetical situations, preparation is the key ingredient that can be the difference that makes for a successful outcome.
