Three Safety Seminars

1 - Aircraft Performance, Pre-Flight and Emergency Procedures

2 - Good Decisions + Good Judgement = Safety!! (ADM)

3 - Security Procedures - A fact of life for GA!!

The seminars will cover subjects that promote the safety practices of pilots and will review knowledge requirements.  Participants can also receive 3 FAA WINGS credits and meet knowledge requirements for BASIC FAA Wings. The seminars will also cover the subjects required by Flying Farmers Annual Proficiency Training.

Please pre-register by clicking on the seminar titles below. To receive all three wings credits you must register three times; once for EACH of the three seminars. 

Seminar Registration: 9:30am to 9:45am.

Introductions and Seminar Instructions: 9:45am.

Seminar 1 of 3, 1000 - 1130, Subject: Aircraft Performance, Preflight and Emergency Procedures.

Seminar 2 of 3, 1130 - 1400 (Lunch from 1200 - 1300). Subject: Aeronautical Decision Making.

Note: Seminar 2 will break for lunch at approximately 1200 and begin again at 1300. Lunch is "on your own". Bring a lunch or eat in town.

Seminar 3 of 3, 1400 - 1530, Subject: Security Procedures - A fact of life for GA !!

This event consists of three separate seminars. Onsite check-in for this event begins at 0930. To assure you have a seat and to receive WINGS credit, please sign up (pre-register) for each of the individual seminars on www.faasafety.gov, following the links provided above. FAA WINGS credit can be earned for attending one, two or all three seminars. 

Pilots who attend all three seminars will fulfill the knowledge requirements for Basic FAA WINGS. Both knowledge and flight credits are needed to earn Basic FAA WINGS. You must schedule dual instruction with a CFI to earn flight credits. Flight credits will not be available during this event. Pilots who earn Basic FAA WINGS will satisfy FAA requirements for a Flight Review.

Members of Flying Farmers must attend the entire event, including all three seminars, to meet the academic requirements for Project APT.

PRIOR TO ATTENDING THIS EVENT PLEASE REVIEW AND ABIDE BY CURRENT CDC, STATE AND LOCAL HEALTH GUIDELINES.

MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING OF 3 FEET ARE REQUIRED IN ATTENDING THIS EVENT.
