Brief Description:

The safety of any flight begins with a properly maintained aircraft.  At this seminar, we will learn the many aspects that figure into providing a properly maintained aircraft such as Record Keeping for Mechanics, Airworthiness Directive Compliance, a Real World Application of AC 23-27, Turbocharger Systems, Spark Plug Maintenance, The Ins and Outs of Glass Cockpit Installations, and The Care and Maintenance of Lead Acid Batteries.

Registration starts at 0700; the seminar runs from 0800 to 1700.  This program is free of charge!

Directions to Venue:

This seminar will be held at the Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC), Weyers Cave Campus, Plecker Center, Room 126 A, B, & C.  The Weyers Cave Campus is located halfway between Harrisonburg and Staunton on Interstate 81. Take Exit 235 off Interstate 81. Turn west at the top of the exit ramp (Route 256). In a very short distance, Route 256 terminates in a junction with U.S. Route 11. Turn left (South) on U.S. Route 11. BRCC Weyers Cave Campus is about a half-mile on the left.
