Join us for a discussion on ways to remain current and proficient as an aviator, with a special emphasis on flying in Western North Carolina. We will explore what you are doing to stay current and remind pilots about the wealth of excellent webinars and activities available for WINGS Credit. Additionally, we will review critical reminders that help keep Western NC pilots out of accident reports, including checklist usage, aircraft configuration, density altitude, fuel management, un-stabilized approaches, go-arounds, Unable, aircraft performance, and weather considerations.

Meetings are held at the Lacy Griffin Aviation Building at the Asheville Regional Airport. Entry is via Aviation Drive ( The General Aviation entrance just north of the terminal) off of Route 280.
