Title:
BFC Instrument Seminar
Topic:

Instrument Weather Flying

Date and Time:
Thursday, April 30, 2026, starting at 18:00 Central Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Adam Kellum, Brendan Conner
Brief Description:

Flying IFR in actual weather is where everything comes together, or falls apart. Instrument Weather Flying is built to bridge the gap between textbook knowledge and real-world decision making in the system.

This 2 hour seminar focuses on how weather actually impacts your flight once you are in it. You will learn how to think ahead of conditions, manage risk as things change, and avoid getting behind the airplane when the workload spikes. The goal is to build confidence in real IFR environments, not just in theory.

If you want to move beyond just staying legal and start flying IFR with purpose and control, this session will help you get there.
