Brief Description:

Open to the public and all ages are welcome! The Virginia Tech Drone Park staff will be providing hands-on guided flight training inside our unique netted facility. We will provide information about FAA training and registration guidelines, with an opportunity to have your questions answered. We will have a “Where to Fly” presentation provided by the Mid-Atlantic Aviation Partnership that will be held every 30 minutes throughout the event. This presentation will focus on National Airspace concerns in our local area.

All attendees will have an opportunity to enter a drawing to win a free Potensic Atom 2 drone.

No Unauthorized Flights Will be Allowed
