Attorney Elliott Stone

Elliott will present his “Going Dark” mini-seminar. He will discuss Aircraft registration privacy, flight tracking privacy, sources of public information and NEW requirements under the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024, including CARES (Civil Aircraft Registry Electronic System), LADD (Limiting Aircraft Data Displayed) and PIA (Privacy ICAO Address). He will conclude with a concise overview of aircraft ownership structures that promote privacy including trusts and limited liability companies
