The FAA Safety Team and SIU Aviation will jointly present a safety seminar focused on loss of control prevention. Nick Loftus from the Springfield FAA Safety Team will review current loss of control trends and proven best practices. SIU Aviation faculty will then examine SIU Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) trends and discuss how these insights translate into effective loss of control prevention strategies.
