In this presentation we'll discuss Human Performance by understanding pilot capabilities and limitations essential to aviation safety; then we will discuss Stabilized Approaches by emphasizing the benefits of stabilized approaches for VFR and IFR operations and for making and acting on timely go-around decisions.
