Enhance your flight safety and operational awareness with an in-depth presentation on Utah’s weather from National Weather Service Meteorologists at the ZLC Center Weather Service Unit (CWSU) and Weather Forecast Office (WFO). Topics will include a comprehensive overview of phenomena ranging from icing to mountain waves, a discussion of the Center Weather Advisory, and the National Weather Service's (NWS) role in aviation weather support. While primarily aimed at general aviation pilots, some topics will also cover higher altitude phenomena.
