Brief Description:

Join the FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam), in collaboration with the Redbird Flight and Social Club, for a conversation on human factors affecting aviation performance. Learn techniques to mitigate risks that come from fatigue, stress, high workload, and how staying healthy makes a positive impact on the flight deck.

The event will be 2 hours in length, consisting of a 50-minute safety presentation followed by additional time for questions.

Directions to Venue:

The Dallas Executive Airport Business Conference Center is located at 5303 Challenger Dr. Dallas, Texas 75237.

  • For ground arrivals: from U.S. 67 (North or South) exit onto Hampton Road, go north, turn left onto Challenger (at the fire station) and proceed to terminal parking at the end of the road.  The Business Conference Center is the closest building to the parking area.  The meeting is in the Neil Armstrong Room.
  • For aircraft arrivals: Navigate to the northeast ramp area (Taxiway A) and park in the transient tie-downs adjacent to the terminal, at the "apex" of the ramp. Proceed through the entry gate and the front terminal doors to the Business Conference Center across the drive. The meeting is in the Neil Armstrong Room. Gate code for return to the ramp is the CTAF.
