Inherently, there are risks involved in aviation. Pete McElvain will present Aeronautical Decision Making techniques surrounding the inherent risks of aviation. Two case studies will be presented highlighting the importance of having viable and acceptable alternatives to allow assertive decision making rather than passively allowing the situation to drive your decisions.
