Title:
How to Embody an Aviation Safety Attitude with Integrity
Topic:
How to improve safety with integrity and honesty
Brief Description:
This event will concentrate on how to live a safety attitude and have integrity in aviation. Aviation has inherent risks and aviators are tasked with mitigating them.
We will discuss the benefits of using things such as Flight Risk Assessments Tools (FRATS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
We will also discuss how and when to use the Aviation Safety Reporting System (ASRS) NASA report.
These are just a few ways to stay safe but they all have integrity involved, which will be discussed. The importance of owning and admitting mistakes is important because it could affect a future flight or person.
