Special for Student Pilots!
The first 10 Student Pilots who register on Meetup (Mid Island Pilots' Club) and come to a meeting will get one half hour in Mid Island's Redbird Simulator. To qualify, sign up for Meetup (www.meetup.com) if you are not already a member, go to the Mid Island Pilots' Club page, and request to join. Make sure to indicate that you are a Student Pilot and for the Rating question, add the word SIM. Then RSVP for a meeting. If you RSVP, attend a full meeting, and you are one of the first 10 student pilots to sign up, you will get the Simulator time.
Join, pay dues, and attend at least 4 additional meetings in a 6 month period and you will get an additional one half hour in the Redbird.
Through the use of videos and quizzes, we will discuss various aspects of aviation safety, including discussions of recent aviation accidents.
