This 2 hour Flight Instructor Forum focuses on the best instructional practices to help learners achieve proficiency. It emphasizes standardized techniques using common phraseology aligned with the Airmen Certification Standards and understanding how maneuvers relate to different flight phases. Additionally, this seminar highlights the importance of clear, sequential learning progression and the role of positive motivation and incremental rewards in overcoming learning plateaus. The seminar will offer practical examples for instructors to enhance their teaching strategies effectively.
