The WINGS safety briefing is free.  However, WINGS program participation is of interest to your aviation insurer and helps bring down your premium, adds to your proficiency and counts toward a flight review!

Data shows that pilots who participate in the WINGS program are involved in fewer accidents and incidents because of improved aviation knowledge and pilot proficiency.  A Phase of WINGS equals a flight review.  Additionally, some aviation insurers offer discounts to pilots who participate.
