- FSDO wheelhouse is airman and aircraft, however we are public oriented to assist in finding the right resource for other issues. Examine all the different offices within the FAA.
- FAASTeam Initiative- Mission and resource availability
- Outreach – if they are interested in growing the aviation industry surrounding their airports, they can assist us in connecting to middle and high school career events that our Outreach Team can participate in and discuss the wide range of career opportunities in aviation.
- Compliance Philosophy: Restore airman into compliance with regulation whenever possible verses when an enforcement action is required.
- Contrast how general calls into the FSDO are handled through phone duty assignments verses an anonymous Hot Line Complaint.
- What to expect from the FAA FSDO in an accident investigation. What are our expectations.
