Brief Description:

This two hour event will be coordinated by the Albany FAASTeam and presented by FAASTeam Representative, Ningyun Cai; and will contain information of interest to all pilots. 

During this months Seminar we will present The Topic of The Month, Over-water Operations. Many will be traveling to the Oshkosh Wisconsin Airshow, Air Venture, later in the month. Some will chose a route over one of the great lakes. Will they be properly prepared for a water landing if necessary? Some pilots may travel south over an ocean for a family vacation; how far off shore can they go before they need life preservers and survival equipment?

This two hour event will be held at Av Flight, located at the southeast side of the airport below the beacon and tower. This seminar will be held in the 1st floor Conference Room at Av Flight at the Plattburgh Airport.  Street address: 1 Alabama Street, Plattburgh, NY.   No landing and facility fees for aircraft <12,500lb.
