Brief Description:
Effective December 1, 2024, Flight instructors under Subpart H - Flight Instructors Other than Flight Instructors With a Sport Pilot Rating, and Subpart K - Flight Instructors With a Sport Pilot Rating, will no longer have an expiration date on their certificates when issued after December 1, 2024. We will discuss this rule change and its impacts.
