Title:
Long Distance and Multi-day Flight Planning
Topic:
Learn How To Plan A Trip, Not Just A Flight.
Speaker(s):
Wayne McClelland
Brief Description:
Join us for an exciting evening as Wayne McClelland takes us on his epic multi-week general aviation journey from Santa Barbara to Northern California, then all the way to the Eastern Caribbean and back! ????
Wayne will share insights, challenges, and highlights from his incredible cross-country adventure, covering everything from flight planning and weather considerations to navigation tips and memorable stops along the way.
After Wayne’s presentation, we’ll open the floor for group discussion where members can share their own upcoming long cross-country adventures and get valuable input from fellow aviators. Whether you’re planning your first big XC or you’re a seasoned cross-country pilot, this is a great opportunity to learn and connect with the SBA aviation community.
