Brief Description:

Checkride issues common to Private, Instrument and Commercial applicants will be discussed, including ATC miscommunication and misinterpretation of instructions, taxiway and runway markings, how to hold your controls when taxiing and during take-off and landing roll, true airspeed, aiming points, energy management, regulations, inoperative equipment, atmospheric instability, and chart symbology. The ACS enumerates know-consider-do requirements for each of these tasks and we’ll explore how to effectively teach related concepts to help ensure your student’s success. You are not going to want to miss this discussion!
