Title:
Accident Survival
Topic:
Surviving an Accident
Date and Time:
Tuesday, April 29, 2025, starting at 18:00 Central Daylight Time Download Calendar File
Speaker(s):
Jurg Grossenbacher
Brief Description:

 We experienced 44 Aircraft Accidents in Wisconsin last year, nationwide three aircraft accidents occur each day and they do not ALL happen at the airport. Are you prepared for a night in the wreckage? We will discuss several accidents that illustrate some catastrophic events where preparation meant survival or worse. Jurg Grossenbacher, Milwaukee FAA will answer many of these questions such as:

        •Where am I?

        •Does someone know I went down?

        •Where is my cell phone?

        •Where are my glasses?

        •I wish I had a compass.

        •It sure is dark, cold…..and wet.

        •What have I taught my students or clients?

        •Dress to egress!
