Speaker(s):
Cynthia Lowther - KILG Acting ATC Manager
Brief Description:

Join us for an Interactive presentation focused on Land and Hold Short Operations (LAHSO) at ILG Airport. This informative session will cover key LAHSO procedures, providing pilots and aviation professionals with a greater understanding of the rules and responsibilities from both the (PIC) and (ATC) perspectives.

The seminar will include a review of critical PIC and ATC responsibilities, and will highlight specific phraseology used during LAHSO operations. Attendees will learn how to effectively respond to LAHSO instructions issued by ATC, ensuring both safety and compliance in high-traffic environments.

This is an event for anyone operating at or near ILG Airport. Pilots will also have the opportunity to participate in a user survey, offering input that could influence future decisions impacting local flight operations.

A Q&A session will follow the presentation, allowing Attendees direct interaction with ILG ATC.

Don’t miss this opportunity to help shape the future of Aviation at ILG Airport!
