FAA's Air Traffic Organization (ATO) organizes Runway Safety Action Teams (RSAT's) at Towered airports. These RSAT's collect safety data related to runway utilization and operations at those airports. Your local RSAT Team is preparing to hold its next meeting to debrief the public on what they have achieved since their last public meeting. The meeting is expected to last about 1 1/2 Hours. Discussions will cover pilot deviations, runway incursions, safety enhancements, and future plans. Public welcome! Seating is very limited, and pre-registration is strongly encouraged in this FREE presentation!

From I-26 take exit 40 and follow signs for Airport.
Due to Construction at AVL please park in the Paid Parking Lot or Garage. Parking tickets can be validated at the airport administration office. You will need to make the short walk to the Department of Public Safety (DPS) office for the meeting. The DPS office is the building with the green roof just north of the construction area.
