Navigating the DC ADIZ / SFRA
Description:

This course explains the requirements and procedures for operating in the reconfigured Washington DC Air Defense Identification Zone (DC ADIZ), which will soon be known as the DC Special Flight Rules Area (SFRA). Successful completion satisfies the regulatory requirement mandated by 14 CFR Part 91.161, "Special Awareness Training" for any pilot who flies under VFR within a 60 nautical mile radius of the DCA VOR.
